PICVISA, Spain offered innovative technology and software based on robotics and artificial intelligence. Automated sorting technology uses advanced identification and classification techniques, such as infrared and color optical sensors. This enables the sorting of textile waste according to its “ fiber composition” and “color”.
PICVISA offers “ECOSORT” -- an optical separator that allows the automatic classification and separation of garments both by composition (NIR), color (VIS) and/or shape (deep learning). It’s designed for post-consumer textile waste classification.
PICVISA Offers “ECOCLIP” -- The optical sorter which automatically classifies and separates textile clippings (post-industrial textile waste) by composition and colour. Additionally, it detects and separates those with hard points such as buttons and zippers.
